The possibility to play with 5 friends premade is epic but doesn't happen often, and i am a litle bit addicted to dota so forced going solo.

Your winrate will be 50% assuming you stay at one place. Aka you are not improving. If you can't keep and 50% winrate that leads to a thought you're steadily getting worse meaning you are playing in a too high skilled game which you can not play at.
Looking at your profile it just looks like you are extremely bad at this game, which is fine, the majority of dota players are, but now it's up to you to get your shit together and realize that. Get on the right path and fucking get good. 
my mmr is 4.5k. I probably couldn't help you with calibration tips, as I have only calibrated once years ago. With regards to dota advice it's all been said by better and more articulate people, but just try to be as efficient as possible with farm/rotations and master aggro mechanics
also I would restrict your hero pool significantly if you want to improve your game. If I really wanted to try hard for 5k I'd pick 1 role and play a limited hero pool (prob wk/pl safe or ta/qop/storm mid personally)
