Try to be more creative, you're basically doing everything that everyone's doing. Do you think you have an interesting personality? Do you have a pleasant voice that people would want to hear? That's the easiest way to get viewers besides being pro at a game, or being a girl. Most girls have no personality, and are all the same, and most pro's have no personality to begin with, but are watched just cause they're really good at a video game. (like eternal envy for an example, nothing against him, just good example)

Try thinking of a new Dota series that hasn't been done, but keep uploading the latest pro replays, those always have viewers, even if they're a little, they add up. I know a friend who's always searching for the latest TA gameplay, he loves the hero.

nothing too huge here. but you seem to let the video go on too long. after they made a play, you showed 3 seconds of them afterwards doing nothing.

also adding music makes a huge difference. it can completely change how you feel while watching the video
