dude u can't have else just anywhere in the program, it has to be RIGHT after if, and if u need to do 2+ commands under ur if u put them in begin and end;

what happens if that ur program sees no begin/end so it only executes the next string after if and then ur x=secondlargestnumber string is treated as a normal string without a condition
and u can't put else after regular strings

also i still don't see what ur prog does u're probably doing it all wrong and it;s not the sole error here

if so then it's largest:=x not the other way around
put it and the previous lane into begin - end;
again second largest:=x and not the other way
and remove else before read(x) because then if ur x is bigger than largets or second largest ur program will end and u don't want it to end until u get -1

that's if i interpret ur task correctly but honestly arin ur formatting is a mess

task: you get a line of integers, ending with -1. there are at least two numbers before -1. find the second largest number.
