ehm. why not?

increase farm speed. you need hp regen or vampiric aura to do it. bf on pl is shit, so ppl go for vlads, since it also gives u mana reg and armor.

Enables you to go jungle and leave the lane for someone else while also enabling earlier Ancient farming/Roshing. Also an okayish early fighting items vs certain lineups.

Not always a good choice, but it has its uses.

Jungle/Farming(*), pushing, teamfighting

diffusal rush is more optimal RoA->treads->diffusal

well you can go diffusal into vlads

it's better if you go yasha bottle naked boots qb. it's enough sustain already imo. or throw in a ror, but thanks for your opinions

HoD is better in general. You don' need vlads, coz diffusal is not orb anymore.
