It works well for me during my last few games.. just saw it from someone.. xD make sure to get Wex at level 10. For the Item build : 1. Midas, boots, dagger, phase, aghs, (After Aghs, next items are situational, like Force staff, Euls, BKB, it depends on what you think would be better during your game). Octarine core is a good luxury item for Invo this days though..

Go exort/quas and a euls if your team needs damage, or there are several squishies on the other team. Go wex/quas if your team has enough damage, but needs disable and control. Get an orchid with this build.
I think the eul combo is rather bad especially this meta where you should focus on team fighting abilities. A well timed meteor on a axe call or rp is godly. I suck so much at timing my emp that i rather go qe and play as a pusher and i sunstrike on stuns/duel/chrono.
Get EMP and Tornado and be every Invoker ever or find a diff combo and be unique.
