bot 75% = 1 - 3200mmr = Normal Skill Bracket
next 15% = 3200-3700 mmr = High Skill Bracket
top 10% = 3700mmr+ = Very High Skill Bracket
the only way to increase your mmr is to win unless you are still calibrating, and it doesnt apply to you since you got 8 lvl alrdy. In the period of calibration, Hero Damage, KDA, gpm and xpm also matter.

How skill bracket is measured(like very high skill, high skill, normal skill etc..) does that depend on KDA? or XPM GPM?
And if you know please tell me how to get higher mmr? I am 8LVL atm.
