Meepo got nerfed in 6.83....
Meepo is forgotten in 6.84.
The only reviving fact is that you can get somethign else now instead of aghs if you have an alchy.

Evasion always was a big problem for meepo, especially in the late game, even witg hex. If you wouldn't manage to kill a pa within hex time you had no chance to kill havr after that. Now you can't even do that. And he also got directly nerfed on top of that for some reason. New items don't fit him, as well.
