What's weirder is that you can block drunken haze without being the primary target.

It DOESN'T block the mini-stun, only the first slash. Mini-stun goes off normally.

Because omni slash works in "constant action."

Being blocked by linkens will only block the first slash and not stop it because before linken's is broken it will chose its next target.

It should stop it completely. Jugger is still broken as fuck.
