hope they nerf euls, thats not the way to play the hero!. Its ok and all but right now euls is too good so nerf it a looot, make it cost 200 mana and nerf its range too, to like 85%. and nerf troll by reducing his ms, rly the only reason he's viable. As for sniper, shrapnel should deal NO damage.
eul should have random time of duration between 1.5s and 2.5s so heroes lina lina sf invo stop abuse the perfect timing, that would be good nerf
Increased mana cost for raze or no change. I think hero is fine, before he was mediocre. Other mid heroes like Lina, QoP, Sniper, Zeus on the other hand...
Benao - I think no dmg on shrapnel would kill the hero. Shrapnel needs higher mana cost & headshot shouldn't slow AS. Big nerfs, but not as big as your.
Could also reduce SF Base Int and Int Gain.
As for an Euls nerf, the best way about it would be to limit the number of "tornado" charges like back in the day when it was also a build-up to hex.
Limit the number of tornado charges on euls to something like 7? and rechargeable by buying the recipe.
euls will be nerfed so there's no need to nerf SF
but icefrog is retarded so he'll overnerft it like he did to tinker and TB
SF isn't even that strong, sure he is better then the average hero this patch, but he isn't a "cancer" pick or anything. nerf Troll, sniper, lina, and maybe storm. buff the heroes who need it. then SF will be fine.
The thing with Eul's being so good is that people playing against SF get it too, and then are able to doge his ult with it. If Icefrog ups the cost or the mana cost + cool down slightly, it not be any worse on heroes like SF, lina or invoker since people wont just get it as a value item and then be able to doge the combos with it.
How is SF op? He has no disables, not really mobile. A ton of mids beat him.
I think eul's duration is ok, I think the move speed should be nerfed.
^ no mids beat him purely 1v1. lvl 3 he has the highest damage output out of any other mid already if you land razes

Yeah but raze range isn't that long. Can't sniper, viper, silencer, lina, storm all deal with him? Qop and zeus might be only good mids that can't cus their range blows.
nah he rapes viper storm pretty easily pre 6. qop and zeus are mehh as well and its pretty even with the rest.
Wow guys if you think he needs a nerf you should talk about troll sniper jugg axe lina first even though i dont consider anyone op right now, just a bit too good. Sf is just good this meta because he farms fast and skadi and eul is top tier item.
I do believe eul needs a nerf though, not sf.
Ennemy picks sf? Get a roamer (mirana, ogre, sky, sb, etc...) and fuck him up so bad hes gonna be useless. Problem solved.
Only hero I know that needs nerf for sure is troll all others are debatable, I think troll needs a large ms decrease.
