I can see from your matchups with DB+ that you have played 9 games with 1 friend in the last 3 months. That's not frequent enough to have a "friends this week" profile as you need a minimum of 3 games together for the system to deam you as friends.

E.G. If I solo queue and get the same guy 3+ times it will include him as my friend if I have no friends with played with more games.
