Stop flaming when someone has a bad game. Everyone has good games and bad games, it's part of dota. People's performance depends on a lot of factors (lineups, sleep, experience with said hero, split-second decisions during teamfights, etc). Most people aren't "retarded," and people usually aren't intentionally throwing games. Yes, sometimes people make stupid decisions. But flaming them isn't going to help them make better decisions. Give constructive advice, instead.

For example, say "[Item X] might be really good on [your hero] in this situation."
instead of
"Omg why would u build [item Y] on [your hero]? Are you retarded? GG report this [hero name]."

In the very next game I play, me and drow get commended for carrying the team.

The same thing is true for most players. In a game where you lose, the enemy carry will snowball, your kda and gpm might not be good, and it will look like you're a bad player. In a game where you win, you will snowball, your kda and gpm will probably be good, and it will look like you're a good player.

Of course, some players are better than others. But in general, you, your teamates, and your enemies are all around the same skill level.
