Even if they did make this set (which I highly doubt they would), it wouldn't be near as detailed as I assume you're expecting
It's a Arthas mod for skyrim so why would they add a WC3 trademarked hero/armor set from a skyrim mod into the game.

Im pretty sure they wouldnt even be allowed to make the set due to copyrigthts and what not.
Frostmourne and arthas is blizzard stuff.
