Of heroes that used to be played a lot? Weaver, luna, doom, skywrath, OD. Those guys were all super popular at one point or another. I mean I would say CK, DK, sven, tiny, all the strength carries, but they were never super popular to begin with so nothing's changed.

Not universally unpopular heroes like Chen but heroes that were popular at one point of time or never on either extreme ends.
Some I can name off my head are Tuskar, Weaver and Furion.
