Just luck. Ranked matchmaking doesnt take into account levels, and imho its the right way tho.
I wouldn't worry if I were you, you have 59% ranked winrate overall and 65% ranked winrate this month. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will get better teammates eventually.
Well, you will win more often with 9 very stupid players than with 9 players of your real level.
You can't play with that mindset. You have to be that guy in the team that keeps encouraging your team mates to go on. Do not berate them for every single mistake and try to encourage them to do more good things (e.g. >well played!). Also, remember to keep trying to improve. Watch guides by pros and really good players.
Besides a lot of those are probably smurfs who have played the game before and are not new to the game.
don't forget that your WR will curve off as you get closer to ur real mmr. if you win 60% at 3k. and lets say you're truely a 3.9k player or something. by the time you're at 3.8k you'll be like 51% win rate.
so the math isn't that simple. you need a sample size to try to get an estimate of how much you are curving off.
dont forget about random sampling, random assignment to make your estimates viable, error term, other regressors, unbiassness, etc.

I've recently reached 3k solo MMR and I would really like it to be like around 4k (I even did some maths to see how many matches with my current ranked winrate I need to play) but for some time I'm just hanging around this 3k mostly because of totally new players in team - when enemy gets people from 50-200 lvls I'm usually playing with people from 13-50 bracket like him: http://www.dotabuff.com/players/193632701
Can anybody explain me why? Only because it's Normal Skill or IceFrog just hates me?
