save skill points until 7, max cleave first, get stats over extra levels of stun
go treads mom blink armlet -> extension heart, bkb, or skadi
this way you farm really really fast

i got ~8-9 cs per minute, which you can exceed easily with effective movement
depends on team line ups...
I personally think armlet is a bad item on sven, JD above likes it. So there is some variety there.
For me, I like bracer (maybe drums), MoM, Crystalys, BKB, luxury.
I generally dont want to get a blink, but sometimes you have to. With MoM, warcry, and potentially drums, you can haste yourself to get into position.
imo u shouldnt even play sven unless u got wisp or 2 supports that stacks for u
cuz otherwise ur missing out hero farming potential

I like this hero alot, but I am shit with him. (20% Win rate) I have no clue what to build on this hero really other than like MoM.
