When multiple enemies have magic immunity, because SoF will apply Skadi debuff on such targets. But before you buy anything ask yourself, as every Ember player, "do I have enough damage to make rampage with one sof"? After that write "magnus fucking noob empower me" and proceed to farm into oblivion.

ive never actually built it though, if im behind i need more damage and if im ahead i want more damage

problem with oov is that you'll hardly ever have a slot for it as ember

I just get it against an LC to survive a duel or to tank disables and shit
