Winning is very important.
Also many of your games are high skill. Which also brings down rank.
But its impossible to have High skill in these games cuz of my teammates.. Somes were just feeding and laughing...
Still its unfair. And it doesn't depend to win i know that cuz sometimes i get really high ranks even if i lose.

I was 4.1k two days ago and thnx russians i am 3.7k now. I am farming ursa hero rank and every single game i played well . And there was always one idiot who ruines the game (Thnx russians again.) But still dota buff decreases my hero rank even i kill 20 and die 5-6 times. What da hack is this ranking algorithm can please somebody tell me that ?
