I need a serious build though.

I've tried the hero in bots, but never online, so I dont know much except stack bfurys.

Im no pro but as an ember spirit the default build is usually mid: bottle>boots>phase>drum>battlefury

At 6 you should try to gank with your team mates for squishies since flameguard and shackles has good dps plus your ult does good dmg and surprise them. After you achieve battlefury you can either go krystalys then daedallus and then stack other bf or daed, its up to you really. If they got silence go linken/bkb etc.

I myself prefer to keep brown boots until drum is finish and if farm and your team is doing well ill go travel boots then bf so i get to be very mobile and good splipusher.

one of my friends said that just getting bracer, is better then going drums

Yeah ive seen alot of people lately going for bracer and never finishing drums, mostly on tide though, i guess the recipe cost isnt worth and will delay your perseverance.
