We aren't currently ranking Players on Heroes with a < 40% winrate. This is something that needs to be better communicated in the UI and I've added it to our backlog. Sorry for the confusion.

i played with templar assassin 2 games in the last couple of days and i have a total of 47 matches, it still says " Play a match now to get ranked"
