i always go tranq>med>aghs
i think veil would be good after but i run out of fingers so usually get something like an ac.
Tranq > Med > Aghs is usual item progression you want to follow. Aui_2000 is a great visage player. He was once asked why he would sometimes get Atos before Aghs. His reasoning was that if you were snow balling, you'd want an item that'd make you snowball even further. Atos works great in synergy with visage skill and item buildings, and I think it should be considered when playing visage.
AC Should probably come after those
i was thinking about this earlier - euls would make for a great pickup after aghs. increases the likelihood of getting one more soul assumption off substantially.
can't tell much for higher level game, my level Boots > MoC > Aghs Scepter > AC > Mjollnir pretty much GG:

thing is though - if you are getting enough farm to get an ac + mjollnir then it was most likely GG a while back and you could've bought anything post scepter...
