You need to give more informatinon about your build(your pc)
First thing that coms to mind having worked alot with the engine is memmory leak, heat issues or possibly SLI buggs.
Oh btw it might have been Patch related i had about 50% preformance until about 5 min ago when then fixed it.

I am trying to seek help as I have been getting serious FPS lag spike in game for no reason. Hopefully, somebody in this forum may know the possible solution on this.
Recently ( this one or two weeks), A constant FPS lag spike has been recurring in my game every few minutes when I am playing. Each spike lasted for a minute or so. The FPS dropped from 60+/- to 10+/-. I have been wondering what may have caused the spike as i haven't been getting this before. I tried reinstalled steam, lower the graphic quality and force stopped those "gameoverlay/steamwebhelp" in task manager. However, none of these helped at all. Please kindly suggest solution on this.
