Slark didn't really get nerfed.
-20 dmg on pounce? These solokills you'd not get earlier wasn't estimated by 15 damage, but another rightclick which does more than this 15dmg. Pounce got slightly nerfed for "harass" purposes. Teamfight wise/ganking wise not nerfed at all.
Dark pact stays the same way, still flashfarms well+ thru lane and jungle.
Essence shift still allows you to comeback with 40 stacks
Ulti still the same. Wouldn't say his ult is the strong part though.
HOOK TINY DIE, i always pick tiny vs pudge ezy lane. I think bounty might be strong now. he been getting lots of buffs in this 2 patches, early game bounty with 2 tracks and q balance prutty nice i say.
