It says right in the post. Available to everyone eventually. Plus users get it immediately while other users get it randomly within months or so.
the least you can do after putting me in diamond 2 in most of my heroes and diamond 5 and not even diamond on some like wtf

nvm 10 is highest "Each Ranking Division is broken into 10 stages, where 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest."
well, about a week ago my TA, Panda and SF dropped to 9 from Diamond 10. Why is that?

So I had dotabuff plus for over a year and then lost my job and just canceled my subscription... do former subscribers get early access as well?
