i dont care about very high skill im a fucking noob and i know that but i need to know how does this mmr work before real mmr games

Because your hidden mmr is 3.7k mmr therefore you get games between High/Very High depending on the enemys and teams hidden MMR.
Lets say you are 3.7k and every1 else is 3.6k you will get High skill game
End of discusion.
Play good, stomp scrubs and you gain higher mmr, that's how the system works. When I first came back to this old account it was in normal skill bracket, now it has over 4k mmr and very high skill games in unranked. You will get 4k mmr if you truly deserve it, or if you spam zeus and get high hero damage (please don't do this).
Your initial calibration sets off from where you left of playing non-ranked so your hidden rating will have an effect on where you calibrate.

and i won some games and i got high skill again instead of very high can you explain me why ?:(
