I am high 3k position 1 spammer and play on US,E so I would be willing to give it a try, or at least stack with you guys for a few games. although I don't see my self reaching completive skill level any time soon.
3,6k is not high 3k, it's mid 3k. Also, i think you might not enjoy playing with a bunch of 2ks.

Divided High/Low <3.5k is low 3k. >3.5k is high 3.5k
If divided high/mid/low <3.33k is low 3k. <3.66k is mid 3k. <4k is high 3k.

There is dota2comp on reddit, dota2tmm, and a couple other where you find players. Dotabuff isn't really your go to place to find quality team mates. Add me and I will keep an eye on your CM games to give you suggestions.

I'm low 5k and I'm not even close to reaching competitive level.
You shouldn't even think about competitive until you reach a decent level.

yh, I've beaten upper 6ks hell even 7ks (w33, y0nd) and that doesn't mean I can play good in competitive games. I don't care if you've beaten upper 4ks which probably is 4400 players that you call "upper".
My opinion is that you should at least get decent before trying to form a team.
Go play ranked with your STACK instead, and try to improve together. Instead of doing something you measure as a "team" and "eventually" play leagues when you're so far behind.
You should at least be able to solo win Very High skill games before you even look up "team" in the dictionary.
ya ik we really want to just play stacks and get a high team mmr, our goals for the entire game is to one day entter tournaments
Try getting better before making a team. If you can't maintain vhs or even get there for a single game, don't expect to reach "high mmr." Theres a limit to how much good coordination can help you. I think the accepted rule is sub-5k = nothing
Not entirely true, consider that a lot of really good teams don't actually have fantastic MMR they are just really strong as a team
5 really strong team players can be a lot better thatn 5 really good solo players when it comes to competitive but I do genuinely think you need to be at least 4.5K as a minimum to hope to stand a chance against any of the competitive teams.
EDIT: Decided I will standin for you till you find someone of your choosing, I think you may have already added me and I have been doing a lot of lobbies to help get me on track for when I do tournaments with people. Good practice, would never turn it down.
Havoc ^ i totaly agree before 4.5k u need to get better after 4.5k it comes to small things between 4m6 and 6k and how good r u to play with players u dont know and without extreme teamplay , i think any1 who reached over 4.8k can start forming a team and winning (not including smurfs) good team play and strategies win tours (ofc it needs the players to be above decent which is 4.8k+)
and good solo playing and players who play 3 heroes only at max can get above 6k
Ive played with 5ks 6ks and i really can see how good at solo 6ks r they can handle a game but they cant handle team play (not all of them ofc) good solo players and high mmrs doesnt = good comp players
Players play better in different settings. I know this for fact. However that player still needs to acknowledge that they can climb the mmr ladder if so desired, and that the only person holding them back is themselves. Otherwise, you get a player who is 2k and says I CAN PLAY 5 K I HAVE BEFORE UR ALL SHIT ETC typical dota community shit you know.

I'll group with you if I'm on, my team and solo mmr are both 3500 now. I'm not signing up to go to tournys and shit but I'll play a few games with you guys to see how it goes.

i would love to join your team, i have past experience jerking off in the corner alone and that has trained me to be great at dealing with harsh situations in the gaming world, as for my best 5 heros, well i only play wraith king but they kind of counts as two heros, am i right. i have 2,000+ hours on dota because my parents don't love me. I'm 26 and play on US mountain time zone. I play about 17 hours a day and i love it. I played on a team about 5 months ago, when i held a tournament with me and a bunch of bots, me and my 4 computer brethren came in second place(only because for the finals i decided to turn the difficulty up to normal). I streamed it on twitch and i got 7 people to watch it at once. I handed out flyers to everyone so they would watch! so anyway i hope that you consider me for your position opining, i'm sure i would be a great fit.

e Swampy Knights a somewhat new team but the 4 of us have been playing together for a very long time. We have had recent team MMR in the upper part of 3k almost 4K and we lost one of our players to other commitments. We are USA based and can play on US east and US west servers. We play during the week sometimes and a lot on weekends. After schools there is always 1-2 of us on for individual practice and when we have 5 we get right into ranked and drafting. Please have a good knowledge of the game and have a good hero variety. We want to be able to eventually join Leagues with this team and compete at a high level.
