Does banish go thru bkb? And even if it can I only save an ally like that,
I can't cast while chrono'd (eblade a little expensive for support) maybe viable offlane/mid

omniknight with aghs , get a linkens on him later to cast on your core to block purge, but wont work for meepo
its fairly common for supports to get eblade to counter void late game, seen it quite a few times actually
Mael/Mask/refresher/bkb/treads is actually a pretty farmed void. Don't give him that much space!
satie says make the carry make eblade vs physical damage carries, and I guess void is one of them. makes sense. Just dont get initiated on I guess.
how do you not get initiated on void. he stands behind his team so you cant sheep him first. if you blink on their team he timewalks on you. if you wait for him to initiate first, he chronos twice and gets 2-3 kills on your team, then you 3 or 2v5 and lose.
but omniknight/eblade kind of works if your other cores can buy it, but if its just omniknight thats an easy ban in CM, still works ranked AP though.
If you've allowed a Void to farm Mael/Mask/refresher/bkb (probably some boots too) your problem is likely not in how to counter him at that stage but rather what you messed up in the early/mid game to give him that much space.
Countering him is a team effort, just get heroes that can blow him up during those double chronos, like witch dr, sniper, drow, lina. If he has bkb that kind of rules out some other great ones like skywrath and AA (cold feet amazing vs a chrono) but if he uses bkb a lot the 5 second duration isn't that long. Razor is good too but who his ult hits is unpredictable though a good drain on void will work well. If you have a witch dr and sniper on your team he has to kind of pick his poison cus a witch dr ult with aghs can wipe an enemy team and so can a sniper with no shutdown plus the headshot will severely limit voids attack speed.
And doubly if he pops mask. Void's with mask active die so freakin fast. I think the real issue is the rest of his team. If others on his team have heavy disable to let void just wreck everyone or nukes that work well in chrono then it's quite hard. Void plus witch dr, razor or death prophet is really hard to beat.

Not really, mask and maelstrom are cheap items. Bkb isn't that cheap but easy to build in pieces. Any decent void will find space to farm those. Refresher is the biggie, mask sure to go at him hard once he starts it.
come on, void is not so easy to shutdown... you need long silence and stun like earth spirit to initiate....
and when I ask teamate to pick imba hero, they almost always go void lol lol

... 12 seconds of invul.. mael and mask is all you need to kill any one person and he will get more items than that eventually.
