    I wanted to buy the PA arcana and it was 27.99

    If I buy it from there is it directly non tradable, or can I get a friend to buy it and then trade it?

      I think it's like on TF2, when you buy something you can't trade it for a little of time.

        It would suck if I gave my friend the money and he bought it and couldn't trade, since he doesn't play PA

            I have my own. However I got VAC banned 380 days ago for a COD Clan Tag hack.

            After that I had removed the credit card details.

            Since then, I can't add any credit card, or use paypal
