Fucking TBD trashkans, Zeuss spamm ultimate whenever they get over a cd, and other heroes ppl play like 2-3k mmr I never seen such a TBD player who play at at least 4400+ ??!?!?!?! but they are easy at 4600-5000 games fuck this shit.

Same shit is going on at the lower 5k level... I was like wtf is happening, then i realized the same as you did: i get much more smurf allies whom dont actually belong here.
Dropped back to 5,2k when i realized gotta stop picking (solo)support :P At least the offlane is mostly available :D
