Na not all the time, but if youre doing well enough in lane and you think your team can hold off long enough for you to make use of them and then come out and kill everyone then do it. talk to your team about it though if you do intend on being overly greedy

I think Midas is better on Sven than HotD. He really needs AS, so Midas + MoM is better than HotD.
HOTD but only if you actually spend the time to stack your ancient camps and prevent the enemy from stealing them.
