I would mute the troll. The game that Wink presented could have actually been won if Riki had been given a bit more time and farm. Riki > nearly all if the Riki is a good player. The odds would have been low but still there. Dismember and Lasso either Centaur, Invoker, or Void, and have Riki silence and attack whomever the highest priority was on (Void doesn't have his ult up due to CD? Kill Invoker). Hopefully the other teammates would follow suit and do what they need to do. That Clockwerk may have been bad but he still could have made a decent play in a team fight. If anything he would be a puppet to take damage for the team.
^riki could do nothing because clock purposely bought a gem and gave it to the enemy team. he wasnt feeding because he was bad, he was feeding on purpose, walking into enemy towers and dying
