Tranquilboots -> Drums -> Diffusual blade/Radiance (depending on farm) -> Diffusual blade -> Hot -> Tango

I do Boots of Speed --> Soul Ring --> Radiance --> Diffusal Blade --> Heart of Tarrasque --> late game items of your choice
@ superill I see little reason to get tranquil boots on PL. Boots to treads or Boots to BoTs seems more appropriate.

Concede, you may find yourself getting harassed down and such during the "farm phase, early-midgame" and thats where tranquils excells. If you get low, you need to go base or buy regen. You cant rely on illusions cause they'll be low hp as you're low yourself. If you buy tranquils you'll get regen fast and thus get illusions with high hp. aka, can farm anytime.

however its quite legit thinking that dagon 5 with ethereal since the lance he have is kinda pain in the ass to supps combine with that invis he have and his army of cancer....must try

Midas as fourth item is because when you are behind(like most of the towers gone), hard for you to find exp and farm, I give it a try.
Dagon Ethereal because QOP and Jugger doesnt have bkb, and they are the major problem cause in my team fight, so with this item i can burst them quickly down and fortunately, it worked cool for me.
PS: I got flamed though for that build initially
