you gain charges if a hero casts a spell next to you, there's nothing to do with being hit

apparently you are out of range

if he cast from fog, you could even be at 50 range, that you would not get a charge

Anybody remember how OP those things were when they were first introduced? Had an animation to tell you when you got a charge (still does in dota1 I think), didn't need vision to get said charge and had a humongous area to get them.

u need vision to get a charge now?
if thisn is true then omg i shouldve read all those changelogs
