Yeah I skip the phase, just grab boots, maybe a wand and straight to bfury.
Hate it when people bash on that build and say "it was nerfed"
but then 2/5 of their members die for 50 mana.
i guess it depends.. when ive had superb safe lane farm ive just gone treads and go straight battlefurys but if i have a rough time ill get those items while jungling and helping the team it seems to work so who knows im a baddie though !

and hes like 43.3 in normal rank? so obviously he has a high skill cap w and probably at the highest level of play hes way above 50.
treads are awful. and bottle is pretty good, oov if you arent slot starved.

i disagree.. the few times ive seen him in pros as well ive seen battlefuries.. after the first one your farm can sometimes rival antimages in speed for the next 1 or 2 big items.. which i find is fine with being battlefuries lol

why would you want to go late with a midgame powerhouse? if you end up in late game you can start building battlefuries, there's no point in going furies early, they just hinder your killing power
He is like Slark after being added in CM - first ban/pick when added.... & now he is a situational pick. I'm sure Ember after 2 weeks will be like Slark in PRO Dota. For me hero is ok, maybe slight nerf, but I wouldn't call him OP. After Brood & ES nerfs there are no broken heroes. TB probably needs a nerf, but still he is far from recent Brood or ES.
Ember is so OP early game (MID) imo Build Bottle wand Phase Drums then Maelstrom/Crystalis/battlefury

no, kunkka can actually rightclick people lategame thanks to ship buff and bkb being usually a core item on him. ember can't rightclick for shit, he gets blown up by literally everything. you're supposed to just spam sof out of range
i actually feel more comfortable with ember as the game goes late IF i'm not being shut down and manage to stack my battlefuries. enemy team melts.
Ember is not "broken" wtf. He is extremly mana dependent and his farming capabilities suck (melee, unreliable "stun", fragile). I think he is a very high cap hero who is supposed to be played as a ganker.
Unless u go arcane boots, bfury is an awesome cheap high dmg iten that fills ur mana/health regen to rotate well and helps farming later on, REALLY good if u get before 20 min... i usually go bottle -> phase -> drums -> bfury or just skip bottle if not MID (yes, i prefer to play him mid and SNOWBALL gank)... who the fuck would get treads?
I have a mate who owns with Ember hard! he only really mids with him and ganks pretty regularly. He goes bottle, phase or arcane (depending how many our supports get), drums and he oftewn leads into Linkins and then hard damage. He never really has regen issues and because the hero is so mobile he can jump in and out of fights so hard with the linkins.
He normally goes BF, Daedelus, Deso noit in any particular order and tends to wreck. we insta pick him in Captains mode because one thing no one has mentioned is that he is insanely good at breaking high ground as well as defending towers and base.
Click lvl 4 W and watch them run back.

Im just curious hes a hero i like to play and have fun playing and i kinda free lance my build, i think the suggested is phase drums into big items...
Ive been playing him as aquilla Magic Wans Drums Treads..
Now this build does slow down your battlefury a little bit (or whatever you like to get or should be getting) But i find it seems to really enhance his ability to help the team before he has his battlefury.. and gives him quite a nice boost to hp and armor and mana \regen
I feel like the treads COULD be skipped... but i dont feel like he truly needs phase boots.. i think he is rather squish and benefits well from tread switching anyway.
Any comments for going
3x Branch Circlet Tango Salve into Wand Bracer Boots Aquilla Drums -> Then battlefurys galore ? I just feel like its kind of a safer build ?
