I have played with a lot of russians in my servers, and sometimes, with 400 ping, they end up playing better than the normal pubbies i play with. (inb4 someone says wow ur prob like 2k then u scrub).

And yes, I watched your game with Legion Commander feeder. His nickname is "F**K ALL RUSSIANS IN THE A**" (I replaced some letters). So, I don't think he is Russian. Was that LC mad because your Enchantress interfered his farm in jungle? You could go farm bottom lane, it was empty. 2 top, 1 mid and 2 junglers - absurd.
