The best counters to push strat are counterpush and splitpush. Heroes like Timbersaw and KOTL can effectively hold back an enemy push for extra time, meanwhile heroes like Nature's Prophet can take enemy towers, or force TP's, rendering the enemy push useless. A personal favourite of mine is Tinker because he can keep all lanes pushed out at once, and then spam MotM to hold back enemy push, fulfilling both duties with one hero. He is also a very strong mid.
Go for Tinker, Timbersaw, KotL obviously and Clockwerk. These heroes will eventually survive rat doto.
with veno wards, invoker spells, and rocket spam for clockwerk I wonder why your team lose too early.
and yeah as wink said, just splitpush to create space for the one who defend on your base.

I always play cm and I'm fine at counterpicking, except when the other team goes full push early strat.
What are some good counters to it?
