IDK ult after 6.79 is the only way to go. Boosting shadow wave and shallow grave is "good" but that weave is huge early in the game. HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE! :O

And I've encountered this at least three times in a row today. It's like almost every dazzle uses the most retarded build possible.

I think part of the problem is the in game item/build pre-builds people set up. Someone check boxes a bunk build, wins once with it many patches ago, forgets to change it and compounds the problem.
I've noticed there are a few guys that I will look for their builds, one is Purge (hate on him all you want, he gives a pretty good breakdown) and one named Tortdelini, I believe. Both use in-depth explanations about when/why to take certain items or skills vs nothing at all. It really helps me when I'm learning a new hero and all the nuances.
