first of all your link does not work and secondly it lists people you play with not actualy friends.
ya i thought dotabuff takes the friend list into account
i just noticed that 4/7 people in my "friend" list arent my friends and have never been it

this dude was never in my friendlist, yet i have him listed as a friend. i even have this guy muted. by some randomness, i often play with / against him. why the heck is he listed as my friend?
