Just from those games, it would help if he filled out his inventory earlier. Ends some games with only 3 items. He also has magic stick once and never a wand. 4 tps out of twenty games.

dont fucking accept the match when u wait over 20 minutes for a server guys, it puts you vs high skilled players and you get the shitty ones
I'm not here to laugh upon one man's misery, it just brings bad karma 'n shit, but man... 1-19? No way thats bad luck. Either you're playing bad as shit due to some reason or you were in a lot higher mmr bracket then you deserve and you're getting in your real one not abusing OP heroes anymore.
Another thing i have noticed in your games is that in a lot of them, although playing ONLY carries, you've done the lowest amount of dmg to oponents in your team = very low impact on the game => almost a sure loss.

my first game after the patch i had the enemy team pick ursa and venomancer and kill roshan then get 5 kills in the next few minutes tower diving while my team could hardly do anything
i did not pay attention to see if they were stacking and could not watch the replay thanks to valve's shit servers though
and that game was found in the first few seconds of searching too...

TB is NOT OP... more like he's a sure lose hero so start by NOT picking him AT ALL and if you end up with him in your team go smth silly like pudge to take away the attention from him and you might win the game
Its not about heroes to be honest I lost 400 mmr 30% cos playing bad ( throwning ) 30% cos of bad teams and 40% cos I don`t care to counter pick I picked so many heroes I just wanted to play and I m getting ultra outpicked by tryhards and I never repick. for example pick ember they pick Legion commander .. etc. so ez losses,I ll focus now try paying attention to picks to counter also and will try to get my 5k back..
Doesn't look like both teams has a 50% chance of winning by looking at scores.

Take a break from core heroes, sit back and relax while pressing E as treant, and maybe w,r and q if you feel like doing something even more useful

Play him like Cancer lancer and he is pretty solid.
