yea it works

Creep aggro has range of 500 units and it has 2 seconds cd. So what should you do:
1) press A on enemy hero outside creep aggro range
2) autoattack for 2 seconds the enemy hero
3) go outside creep aggro range
4) go to 1

If aggro turn to attack me melee creep do to ?
Or if aggro already dead what happen ?

I already try it but problem is i got a lot of attack from creep and it take very high damage until creep ignore me So I think run away is better

This is especially important when zoning as a support or as a mid player.

First you need to move to his side of the wave without triggering creep aggro, preferably as far away from any creeps as possible.

Then you attack him (while animation cancelling so that creeps take longer to reach you).

The next 2 seconds any creeps in 500 range from when you issued the attack command will attack you. This cannot be prevented. However, any creeps that are not within 500 range will be unable to switch targets to you for the next 2 seconds, even if you move within range of them. This applies to towers as well.

After 2 seconds you can reset creep aggro by attack moving an allied unit, however it only works if you are not the nearest target to the enemy creep(s).

Once they switch aggro you are free to continue attacking the enemy hero for the next 2 seconds.

Not many professional players can employ creep aggro mechanics to their advantage fluidly in lane. The best to watch are probably CTY and RTZ, both mid players.

try to do a go onto the enemys heros if you have creep advantage (more creeps than the enemy, closer to your tower than he is to his).

if you want i know a good trick to not gettin aggro by creeps, u have to suicide at your oppo tower at level , and then when u re the oppo's creeps dont consider u like a human being anymore and ignore u.
