HoN's void sceptre was nice. if i recall correctly it allowed your team mates to move in the chrono field at 25% move speed or something like that, as well as cast spells and auto attack.
I think the current aghs is pretty good with an additional second AND 60 seconds CD (instead of 100). 40 whole seconds can be the difference between having ultimate for every team fight and not. If you wanted to buff aghs on him slightly, maybe you could let it increase his DPS a bit somehow. Examples:
1.) When in chronosphere, give some amount of attack speed.
2.) When in chronosphere, bashes do 4x damage (rather than 2x offered by regular chronosphere)
etc. (both methods are geared toward synergizing with his bash as a source of DPS)

this may sound op, but it would be interesting to see a rework on void agh.
maybe something like while in chrono he ignores all dmg and cc duration for the time being when chrono falls off all dmg done is applied with each dmg instance still having a chance tosbbe backtracked . idk. seems like it would be interesting to see since shit like medusa exists now. i mean bkb virtually does this but hey.
