But you do know I'm specifically asking for TMM and not just MMR, which I know has problems.

TMM = Average MMR of 5 players of the team.
Doesn`t metter even you win or lose in team mm it`s all about average mmr of players. You can go 100-0 and have 3000 rating or get just 3 games and be in top.

Can someone here with inside knowledge please tell me exactly how the TMM score works?
I see most teams have a score after 3 games, yet some after 2.
I assume the score is an average of the players? But can the TMM improve with wins and losses?
