Agreed. Also quite annoying that the enemy can just walk out of range of your ult.
Ult also makes noise, but doesn't trigger if they go invisible now too...

Probably get BKB. He can already charge over the whole map which is a strong enough skill, compared to most heroes with mobility.
he is still good. now, if your target dies before your ulti actually procs, it does not go on cooldown.
also now SB would need some thinking in item choices, e.g. bkb, linkens, or ghost scepter.
lastly, SB can no longer snowball as hard as before and carry a team. now he is just the initiator that can also tank
