    Requirement : High skilled Matchmaking Pool (i dont need very high coz i might drag the whole team down)
    Not necessarily an extremely high level! level 30+ will do~~
    Im in High matchmaking pool now and i want to improve, from a chick to a hippo!

      In-game lvl is completely independent of the players skill lvl.
      Dendi/s4 can now start a smurf account, have lvl 1 (OMG SO NOOB, LVL 1?!?!) and own almost anyone at mid.
      Logical or not?
      Think of it.
