So they are recorded. I'm having the same problem though. Why don't these matches appear in my overall stats or in my "latest matches" list?

yes. but the stats arent shown in my personal stat

because it is TMM and not pubs

Yeah, but it's matchmaking after all and Captain's Mode is counted too. The stats page doesn't say "pubs", just "real matches" and I can't follow why TMM wouldn't count as real matches.
