Doesnt matter. In 5 matches I played with more then 15 Russians + more people who dont even speak english.
russians will click that box anyways. but its ok, thats why there is report button and you can write a lil comment.
That's what I like about it: From now on it's "legal" to report them for not speaking english in a english bracket. Good thing!

Added Language option for Matchmaking. You will find players when matchmaking that have selected the same language(s).
