Very high skill does not prevent people from being stupid. But the biggest factor is that Very High skill players play with low skill real life friends. If someone on the other team brings in a low skill friend you will get a low skill player on your team to match it. So you will still see bad players in any game that you don't que with 5 good players.
But if you are rated at 95th percentile DBR then yes you are almost certainly better than the vast majority of dota players. Now you did play almost all your games on your top 2 heroes. So overall you are probably somewhat overrated. But its not going to be that much. If you had played random heroes you would probably still be rated better than 80% of players. In High games but not Very High.
The reason your early games were rated Silver or Gold is that you were started low and your rating increased as you won more. The Rating does not reflect how well you played in a certain game. Its a measure of the strength of the opponents you have beaten so far. As you beat stronger opponents your rating goes up.
Also the reason you did well in the early low rated games and relatively poorly in the highest rated games is that these games were harder. You got very good scores against easy opponents and not so great scores against hard ones.

I feel personally that I played badly, most of the game, I died much more than I killed, even when I played luna and other hard carry, my win rate 55% when I played about 470 Games. And I found that my DBR is 1900+, Planium, beaten 95% of all player. I doubt if I was really playing that well? I was always playing like a supportor, even when I played Luna, I need to go to the hard lane and buy full animal and flying courier and wards or dust.
