yes thats right dota says safe to leave and we left but db record them. I have matches in my profile 0-1-0 etc
Even though it says its safe to leave, that means you won't get put in low priority.
If you leave you still get a loss counted towards you, if someone leaves it is best to stay in the game and keep playing and hope everybody on their team leaves eventually.
Yes, an abandonment by someone on the games is still counted as a lose when you leave. But when it's an early abandonment it shouldn't be counted as lose (stats are not recorded). Hence, dotabuff is still counting early abandonments as a lose when I leave.
I think DB stated once that it's because they have no way to find out if someone left the game early or not
Ohh... So the best thing to get accurate stats is to finish games with early abandonment.

I've noticed that my dotabuff w/l stats is different with my in game stats. My stats in game is 99-100 but in dotabuff it is 99-110. I guessed that dotabuff must have counted an early abandonment as a lose. Hope this would be fixed cause this might screw up players stats.
