Just ping me when you are ready, as I have already translated most of the texts, which means it will not take long time for you to just apply the translation.
I also mailed them and tried to get in touch via Twitter but no response. I'm also willing to help with localisation into Danish.
We get a lot of support emails, so it tends to get lost in the 100th request for "How do you do KDA?"
I can't speak for everyone with DOTABUFF, but we tend to read these forums more then any other source.
As for the point of localization, we are extremely busy with a HUGE list of features to improve the site. Localization has taken a lower priority for this moment. We will be looking into it more in a couple of months when we are ready to give that more focus.

I have sent an email to see whether it is possible to support Turkish. I thought it would be better if I repeat my request here as well. I am currently a language moderator on Steam Translation Server, translating Dota 2 as well as Valve services and other games into Turkish.
I have already translated Privacy Policy and About pages and will keep translating if I get the greenlight from site developers.
Please consider my community support.
Sincerely,
Esat Yılmaz
