it buffed alchemist kinda if stupid teammates be able to just pick the bloody runes then it's free 3x times gold for alch so alch can play game[mid] without desperately looking for those bountys and asking not to pick them i'm not sure how this shit goes let's see how his winrate goes creeps bounty's also reduced so this should be technically good for alch

@Mr. Poopybutthole i dont think so, now its only 120 gold b4 was 300 or more over the time, so you need to pick more than 3 or least 2 so alch get a decent gold
Dawn,runes rly bad,i cried a lot when they toke xp from them,now only every 5 mins.Bottle still not good enough,mana replenish is very low.
But i like change as always.
