if there is no rad natural carrier or low cd damage over time heros
when you have those low movement speed/low armor support in the enemy team
q is a great counter to those high cd burst damage ults but you have to be carefull and have fast hands
you have to end the game quickly.

i know ta bad this patch but i just want to know when to ideally pick ta. i want to understand her better and pick her at ideal times which i know she is one those heroes (like storm) that when there is a certain situation he/she cant be stopped and i cant recognize her special moment that much.
